At the Consumer Mediation Service, we try to resolve your consumer disputes. First, we check together that your case is complete. Then we contact the company and listen to their take on the situation. Next, on the basis of these accounts, we try to reconcile the two points of view by e-mail, telephone or at our offices. Working on your behalf, we aim to process each file within 90 days.
